Building a Unified
‍Commerce Ecosystem

The Scope

Riding the wave of live commerce (inspired by the Pimrypie era), I was tasked with more than just UI. My mission was to build a complete visual ecosystem connecting the product, the website, and the marketing.

One System, Many Touchpoints

To ensure the app, landing page, and ads felt like part of the same family, I created a central Design System. This ensured strict CI compliance across every single touchpoint.

The Core Product: Live Commerce

I designed the web app to handle real-time interactions. The focus was on speed—turning comments into orders instantly without disrupting the live viewing experience.

Mapping the Buyer’s Journey

I mapped out critical flows, from a user discovering a live stream to closing a sale. Clear flows meant fewer drop-offs and a smoother path to purchase.

Marketing & Webflow Build

A great product needs a great introduction. I designed and built the landing page in Webflow to capture leads and explain the product's value to potential merchants.

Extending the Brand to Social

The design didn't stop at the UI. I created infographics and promotional banners for Facebook campaigns, ensuring the visual language remained consistent from ad to app.

The Takeaway

Kaikong taught me that a designer's role extends beyond the screen. By controlling the visual identity across the product, web, and marketing, I ensured a unified brand experience.
